As you can see, a vision board is a collection of words/phrases and images that represent what you want in YOUR FUTURE - tomorrow, a year from now, 5 years from now, 20 years from now, etc.
Nice, but now what? Well, we learned from The Pursuit of Happyness that dreams and goals are extremely important. They motivate us to live a better life. From time to time, it's good to take stock of where you are right now in your life, where you've been, and check to see if you are still headed in the direction you intended.
Therefore -
2. If you STILL HAVE YOUR VISION BOARD complete this section
a. In a Word document, answer the following questions about your vision board:
i. Does your vision board still fit what you have pictured for your future? Why or why not?
ii. Since creating your vision board last semester, have you met any of the goals represented on your vision board? How?
iii. Now, go back to your original and adjust it as necessary if your plans/goals have changed - if that means deleting some things, do it.
iv. Assess your vision board and add at least 5 new images and 5 words/phrases
b. If you DO NOT HAVE A VISION BOARD complete this section
i. Open up the SmartNotebook program (Don't know what that is? Ask a neighbor!)
ii. Create your very own vision board and be sure to include at least 10 images and 7 words/phrases to represent what you want for YOUR FUTURE
iii. Fill up the entire page
iv. SAVE YOUR WORK
3. EVERYONE needs to email me their completed assignments!!
Have a great day!
